Having witnessed firsthand the lack of support women often face in their reproductive age, Dora became passionate about providing guidance and expertise to women navigating similar challenges. 

Dora Toma is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach specializing in women's hormones and fertility. 

For her, everything all started with her own health struggles. First with managing her Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) diagnosis and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, then she gone through a difficult pregnancy that lead to premature labor and loss.

Determined to improve her health and optimize her fertility, she dedicated herself to learning and implementing strategies for success. Her efforts paid off, leading to the birth of a healthy and beautiful daughter the following year.
