Lisa Gaouette and her family have been a Frisco resident since 2014. North Texas and the city of Frisco have been a blessing and full of opportunity and growth for Lisa, her husband, daughter, son, pugs and snake.

In March 2024, Lisa joined the amazing team at TotalCare ER. This opportunity presented itself through community relations and networking. It is a perfect blend of Marketing and Healthcare, both of which Lisa has experience in. Lisa is the Community and Clinical Marketing Liaison for TotalCare ER Frisco.

In addition, HeartProfit came into Lisa's life in 2023 where she met the incredible founder Staci, heard her story and immediately knew it was her next calling and jumped onboard as a Founding Member. Lisa is the 2025 Board President for HeartProfit, an organization that's on a mission to disrupt the 'Profit at all Cost' business model and create a future where workplaces don’t just thrive — they inspire. Lisa is also an Independent Stylist with Color Street. She started her business providing clean and cruelty-free beauty products and dry nail polish in June 2021.  It’s been so rewarding and refreshing not only with the entrepreneurship, amazing clean products, company and cultures but to be part of a supportive community across the US, Canada and Europe (puggyluvnails.com).
