My name is Rhonda Hutchison. I am “The Loan Lioness”. I am the Broker and Owner of Envision Home Lending LLC. I help homeowners leverage and liberate their lives through lending to leave legacies. Myself, along with my amazing team, accomplish this by giving families the opportunity to envision more through education, expertise, and empowerment.

I am a long-time resident (over 11 years) of McKinney Texas. When asked to describe myself, I do not hesitate to say that I am a mother of two daughters and the grandmother of four grand girls. What personally drives me in life is to be the blueprint for my daughters and to be the exemplifies through my hard work, determination, tenacity, and even my stubbornness. Most importantly, I want them to know that they can accomplish and be anything that they set their mind to achieve.

I was born under the sign of a Leo; I was destined to be a powerful but compassionate leader. I knew that my passion was to help others and to make sure that everyone that I met, during our interaction, felt as if they were the most important person in the world. I was born in the little country town of Sumter, South Carolina and moved to Memphis, Tennessee when I was 12 years old. There, in June 1989, I started my career with Federal Express and nurtured my career in Finance. In May 2003, while working full-time, raising my two daughters and being the backbone of my family, I went back to college to finish my degree. With a lot of hard work, I graduated from The University of Memphis with a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. An accomplishment I still treasure deeply. 

Even though I obtained a Criminology degree, I continued with my finance career, but I knew that there was a bigger calling on my life. I knew that my purpose was to make a difference in the lives of others. At that time, I did not know exactly what that would be. After divorcing in July 2013, I relocated to Irving, Texas and continued my career with FedEx. I thought that I was relocating for a reset on life and a career change, but God had another plan for me. 

While purchasing my third home and having the worst Loan Officer, I was forced to complete a lot of research on my own. With me being my own Loan Officer, as I felt I was, I became intrigued with the process. I knew that if I had the opportunity, education and communication would be a priority with my customers. If nothing else, I knew that I would do a better job than her with little effort. I could only imagine how frustrating it must be for first-time buyers. I knew then that people needed me, and I could make a huge impact in my community. Besides, I was tired of sitting behind a desk crunching numbers and wasting my life away. Then as God always do, she showed up and showed out. In 2018, I had the opportunity to retire after 30 years of service and stepped into the World of Mortgage Lending as a Loan Officer.

Post-pandemic, I saw a much bigger need for my senior community. Due to the economic conditions (higher property taxes, increase in the cost of food, gas, and necessities of life due to supply and demand, and a shortage of income), seniors were suffering financially and needed help. Today, I am an advocate in educating my community of how to use the equity in their homes for financial security, a lifestyle change, or retirement supplement.

Then, on February 8, 2024, I opened a Mortgage Broker as co-owner of Emergence Mortgage LLC but God, again, had other plans for me. In July 2024, I opened a new Mortgage Brokerage, and I am the Owner/Founder/CEO of Envision Home Lending LLC. As of today, I have a team of Mortgage Loan Officers and am continuing to grow rapidly. It is a testament of when you let GOD guide you and move according to HIS plans, he will bless your efforts.

I am also determined to set herself apart in this industry by simply being who she was born to be- a strong, passionate woman who leads with her heart. I am indeed “The Loan Lioness”.
