Hello, I’m Kristin Her, the proud owner of Elevate With Her Premium Coaching. As a Certified Life Coach, I specialize in empowering driven parents who are overwhelmed with caregiving, helping them build resilience in their children and foster deeper family connections.

I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and graduated from the esteemed Thriving Coach Academy, where I honed my skills and acquired advanced tools to guide my clients toward their goals. With over 30 years of experience working with families through various agencies, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and empathy to my coaching practice.

Balancing the roles of a parent and stepparent to seven young adults, I understand firsthand the trials and triumphs of parenting. I also recognize the unique challenges that today’s parents face, from the effects of COVID and technology to the demands of our fast-paced society.

Through my work, I’ve witnessed the growing disconnection between parents and their children. This gap often leads to struggles, particularly with teens, where regaining connection can seem elusive. My mission is to bridge this gap by helping families establish deeper, more meaningful connections, grounded in understanding and empathy.

Children are inherently good, though they are still learning to navigate their emotions. As parents, it’s our role to guide them through this journey. My approach focuses on one-on-one coaching to equip parents with new strategies for connecting with their children. Additionally, I will be offering parenting workshops in Collin County and the surrounding areas, with plans to introduce group coaching sessions in the near future.

Parenting can be challenging, but it is also immensely rewarding. Together, we can transform these challenges into opportunities for growth and stronger family bonds.
